Inspections are conducted by a Licensed and Trained Tenant Occupied NCD Inspector. Inspections are scheduled in One (1) Hour time frames example (9:00am- 10:00am). 

Late Inspection Time: 6:00pm- 7:00pm

Saturday + Sunday Appointments Availiable * Additional Fee Apply

There is a $25.00 Service Fee that will be billed for weekend inspection appointments. 

The assigned inspector will contact the Tenant to schedule a date and a one (1) hour time appointment, to conduct the inspection.
