APPLICATIONS CAN TAKE 30-45 DAYS TO PROCESS.
Please beware of scams! Any company that charges you an application fee is a fraud. Applications for assistance are FREE of charge. NCD Will Never ask you to pay an application fee. NCD charges administrative fees for program enrollment. You can report an individual or an organization
Tenant Occupied Inspections
Tenant routine inspections are highly recommended to be conducted on each property at least once a year. This inspection will help you maintain the maintenance and condition of the property.
